February 3, 2021I am pleased to share that Public Act 19-12, "An Act Concerning the Inclusion of Black and Latino Studies in the Public School Curriculum" is moving forward with a more comprehensive curriculum that includes African American/Black and Puerto Rican/Latino Course Studies and their contributions to the rich history of the United States.

February 2, 2021I am pleased to report that Waterbury will receive $41,651,124 in Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds (ESSER II) as part of the second CARES act that passed in December 2020.
