New Life for Fuller Brush Building

Shelbourne (the developer) is ready to get hammers flying at the Fuller Brush Building on Main Street in the North End. The iconic complex will be reborn as Bristle & Main, a residential development. The public/private investment in Hartford (using state bond funds through CRDA and state historic tax credits) is one of a number of exciting projects in the North End. Thank you to the Northeast NRZ, Voices of Women of Color, the West Indian Social Club, Phoenix Society and other community voices…this is a project that was born in the community.
