Attention Parents: Did you know the Boys & Girls Club is FREE for teens thanks to state funding?

Boys & Girls Club of the Lower Naugatuck Valley has a FREE state-funded teen program for teens in the 104th that is now in its second year!

Hearing teens talk about the program's impact is truly special in addition to seeing their smiles, which are all the validation I need to know my legislative work is making a real difference in their lives. I’m so proud to have secured these much-needed state funds, so our young people have a place of their own to positively spend their time.

During the school year, the program runs Monday-Thursday from 6-9 p.m. and includes free dinner, speakers during dinner on a variety of career paths, and then use of the clubhouse to relax, socialize, play games and sports, use computers for schoolwork, and much more!

Let’s keep the momentum going! Sign your teen up. Open to all Ansonia & Derby high school aged teens.
