Urgent Food Drive Planned for November 1 in Enfield

October 29, 2025

Please support Enfield Food Shelf on November 1. List of items most needed at Enfield Food Shelf

As the federal government shutdown continues, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), which provides food to 3,000 Enfield residents, including children, seniors, and veterans, will not be supplying funds for November, and possibly beyond, should the shutdown continue.

Many rely on these funds. These are our neighbors - they are not "Illegals." These are people we know. People who will be struggling to find food and to feed their families.

That's why I need your help - we need your help. On Saturday, November 1, I'm joining the Enfield Food Shelf in hosting an URGENT food drive to collect food for families who may now have to turn to the food bank for help.

Some of the items most needed:
Canned tuna
Soup
Rice
Cereal
Peanut Butter & Jelly
Dry Pasta
& More

If you can't make it to the Enfield Food Shelf on Saturday, but would like to help, please consider a monetary donation. You can donate HERE.

I hope you'll join us on Saturday to help feed our neighbors.
