During the installation process, motorists should anticipate lane closures on Exit 8 of I-84 West in Danbury. For those affected by the ramp closure, the following detour has been established:
Take I-84 West to Exit 6.
Turn right at the bottom of the ramp at the traffic light.
Continue to the next traffic light and turn left onto I-84 East.
Take Exit 8 from I-84 East.
To ensure smooth traffic flow, traffic control personnel and clear signage will be in place to guide drivers safely through the work zone. Please note that this work will be conducted during nighttime hours, from 7 PM to 5 AM on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
