I'm pleased to share that Danbury has recently been awarded a $200,000 grant to perform an assessment on the adjoining properties at 72-80 Maple Avenue and East Franklin Street. 

These properties were formerly home to warehouse operations for Amphenol, and this grant will play a crucial role in determining their possible future use. The assessment will provide valuable insights into the condition of the properties, potential environmental concerns, and opportunities for redevelopment or repurposing. 

This grant demonstrates our community's dedication to revitalizing and fostering economic growth. By investing in the assessment of these properties, we are taking proactive measures towards creating new job opportunities, developing our community, and enhancing the overall quality of life in Danbury.
