| Dear Neighbor,
I hope you can join me for an event I will be hosting entitled "Community Conversation on Senior State Resources", which will take place at the Rose City Senior Center, 8 Mahan Drive in Norwich, on Friday, January 26th at 10:45 a.m.
I will be joined by fellow state representative Kevin Ryan (D-Ledyard, Montville, and Norwich), State Senator Cathy Osten (D-Norwich) and Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Commissioner Nancy Navarretta.
Legislators will discuss their priorities for the upcoming session, slated to begin February 7th, 2024, as well as the importance of holding events in the community where they can gather feedback from their constituents and connect them with state agencies and the resources they need.
DMHAS Commissioner Nancy Navarretta will discuss resources and programs available for seniors in the Norwich area, including opioid, veteran, recovery, and mental health support services and more.
