Have you ever wanted to know more about programs available in Connecticut that can assist you with utility payments, how to sign up for ArrayRx, the state's new prescription drug discount card program or free windows and insulation upgrades? State Service Day is your chance to find out all about these programs and more.

You will be able to meet with in-person experts from state agencies and advocacy groups that can connect you with the services you need.

This event is open to all Connecticut residents.

CGA Legislative Internship Program

The application for the Spring 2024 Connecticut General Assembly Legislative Internship Program is officially open, so if you or someone you know is interested in applying, please share the Internship Committee webpage at cga.ct.gov/isc/internship.asp, which includes a program description, application instructions, and the link to apply.

The application deadline is November 1.

Ribbon Cutting in Rocky Hill

I was proud to be at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Ani's Table & Marketplace on its official grand opening of their beautiful marketplace located on Cromwell Ave in Rocky Hill.

Located in the former DiFiore Ravioli Shop, Chef Ani and her team have transformed the space into a prepared foods, espresso bar, pantry, and home goods market, an oasis for home entertaining and for those who simply want to incorporate eating well into their busy lifestyle.
