MEMO TO CONNECTICUT: YOUR ELECTRICITY TAX IS UNFAIR
In a joint letter to Connecticut officials, Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley and her Rhode Island counterpart, Attorney General Peter Kilmartin, say that the Nutmeg State’s electricity generation tax is inappropriately raising rates for their constituents in their states and have asked for its repeal.
