These orders had protected individuals from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity in schools, workplaces, and access to healthcare.

This rollback is a direct attack on hard-fought rights and a painful reminder of the challenges we still face. I remain committed to fighting for equality, ensuring Connecticut stands as a beacon of hope and inclusion for all.
