White House Conversation on Non-Compete Clauses
The White House asked me to participate in a conversation on the detrimental impact of non-compete contract language as we pursue policies to grow jobs and the economy. Non-competes trap workers and artificially push down wages. We need to back policies that spur competition in the labor market and accelerate wage growth. President Barack Obama and Vice President Biden have been leading the charge on these efforts.
