Constituent Survey 2019

Thank you for giving me the honor and privilege of representing you at the State Capitol. I am energized to get to work representing the interests of our great town. I need to hear from you!

Our state faces many tough choices in the year ahead. That’s why I want to find out about the most pressing issues facing Waterbury from my constituents. I hope you will take a few minutes to complete this survey to help me better represent our district.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact me if you or your family is in need of assistance or if you would like to share an opinion with me. It’s an honor to serve as your state representative and I look forward to hearing from you about ways we can improve Connecticut for all of us.
