New Years Eve Celebration

If you're looking for a place to celebrate New Years Eve, look no further! Hartford is hosting it's 28th annual First Night New Year's Eve celebration this Saturday, December 31 from 2 p.m. to midnight.

                                                                    

This family-friendly event marks the passage from the old year to the new with many activities for children and adult alike in the core downtown area, mostly along Main Street and Bushnell Park. Click here to view a map of all the venues and performance locations.

First night will include an ice skating rink, a carousel, fortune tellers, horse drawn carriage rides, face painting, and of course, the spectacular firework shows on Trinity Street in Bushnell Park at both 6 p.m. and midnight. To view a full schedule of the many First Night activities, click here.
