Fighting opioid addiction
June 30, 2017The legislature this year took another important step to fight the opioid epidemic. House Bill 7052, An Act Preventing Prescription Opioid Diversion And Abuse, adds another tool to the arsenal. Among its key features is that opioid prescriptions for minors must be limited to a maximum five-day supply. More on opioids from Fox 61.
