I was very grateful to be invited to speak at the press conference from the Puerto Rican Festival and Parade Committee where they announced the statewide schedule of events for 2024.

I stood to represent Mayor Paul Perenewski as we are both excited to welcome back the Puerto Rican Day Parade to Waterbury after a twenty five year absence. It's a long awaited return and it will be a fun day on September 15!
