I am proud of legislation we passed recognizing the sacrifices of military families with Senate Bill 232.
Senate Bill 232, An Act Concerning Teacher Permits for Spouses of Transferred Members of the Armed Forces, exempts teachers who are married to military personnel from having to meet certain requirements before being allowed to teach in Connecticut. The bill heads to the Governor’s desk for his signature.
