August 25, 2026The next Emergency Energy Assistance cycle will be open from September 1st-15th. Generation Power CT (GPCT) has (3) application cycles: September 1-15, 2026; December 1-15, 2026; March 1-15, 2027. Applications are only open during these specific timeframes.
Free School Breakfast
August 17, 2026Back-to-school mornings can be hectic for families, getting everyone dressed, packed, out the door, and where they need to be on time. This school year, every Connecticut student can start their day with a free breakfast, thanks to the $12 million in funding we secured in the state legislature to provide universal free school breakfast throughout the 2026–27 school year.
