Meskers to talk about the important issue of misleading marketing from third party energy suppliers with respect to initial offering and subsequent increases in pricing. Creating a proactive and affirmative process for choosing an energy provider, much as you would a credit card, will go a long way toward addressing this issue and benefiting residential consumers.
