It was thrilling to have 100 advocates from across the arts, culture, and tourism sector show up today to learn, build community, and get ready to advocate for HB 6119! I'm excited to follow up with a few important resources:

• And here's how to share your testimony at next week's Public Hearing, taking place Thursday 2/11 at 10 AM. (This is really important!!!)

    • The CT Arts Alliance has a great guide on how to submit effective testimony. In short, be authentic!
  • Register to testify live, via Zoom, by Wednesday 2/10 at 3 PM

Last but not least, please reach out to your legislators to tell them why the arts, culture, and tourism sector is important to you, and ask them to co-sponsor this legislation. And if they have questions or reservations, connect them with me!
