East Hartford CONNects and Goodwin University Present: THE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS ACADEMY. FREE to East Hartford residents with a high school diploma, GED or NEDP.

This 4 week, part-time, career skills training is all inclusive, covering everything from resume development to computer skills and financial literacy.

Egg Hunt- EH Parks and Recreation

East Hartford Parks and Recreation invites you to participate in an Egg Hunt. The egg hunt will be held at McAuliffe Park, 30 Remington Road, Saturday, March 27. The event is for children ages 10 and younger ( and their accompanying parent/guardian) , and will follow safety protocols and social distancing guideless.

Please note, mask are required for child participants and parents/guardians. Pre-registration is also required as spaces are limited to comply with Department of Public Health's outdoor event capacity. The event has two available time slots for each age group to choose to sign up for 11:00am and 12:30 pm.

Participants will be grouped by ages and directed to designated fields in the park; ages 3 and under, ages 4-5 and ages 6-10. Each child should bring their own bag or basket to collect eggs. Register online at www.ehparks.org by March 26. In case of inclement weather, the hunt will be cancelled. In case of cancellation, registered participants will be able to pick up a goodie bag during the time they registered at McAuliffe Park.
