Montgomery Mill Visit
October 29, 2021The Main Street Working toured the Montgomery Mill Apartment Building in Windsor Locks.
The Montgomery Mill is a converted historic property with mixed-income housing that is located in a vibrant downtown with easy access to public transit.
Rep. Leeper, Rep. Phipps and I were honored to tour this property and hear from local officials about how this development has catalyzed growth and vibrancy in downtown Windsor Locks. We hope to use Montgomery Mill as a model that can be replicated in downtowns throughout the state.
