Prevention Webinar with State Representative Jeff Currey

East Hartford Youth Services Department is collaborating with The Governor's Prevention Partnership and East Hartford CONNECTS to host a virtual webinar on prevention efforts and resources available locally and statewide.

The webinar will be held Tuesday, March 15th, from 7-8pm via Facebook Live on The Governor's Prevention Partnership Facebook page. No pre-registration is required! Speakers will include State Rep. Jeff Currey, East Hartford Youth Services, East Hartford Police Department, and others.

This webinar provides a unique opportunity for East Hartford residents to learn about what is going on in the realm of youth substance abuse prevention in our state. As COVID isolation continues, substance use in our youth is on the rise and a collaborative approach is our best way to stop it before it begins. Come learn how we are working together to address the underlying issues leading to substance abuse and help our youth before things get out of control. Resources will also be shared on how you can get involved and how to get help if you need it.

For more information please call the East Hartford Youth Services Department at 860-291-7179. We hope to see you there.
