Talking 8-30g on "The Lisa Wexler Show"

As 8-30g continues to be a pressing issue in our community, I joined the Lisa Wexler Show earlier this week to discuss it and the shortcomings of its approach to facilitating the development of affordable housing that works for our community. Click here to listen to our conversation.

Similarly, I send an email on 8-30g a few weeks ago, if you missed it, you can access it here .)

Remembering 9/11
The attacks on September 11, 2001 changed our country and the state of the world. It also changed the lives of every family who lost a loved one on that day. We continue to mourn the lives lost 21 years ago and hold those families still suffering from their loss close to our hearts on this painful anniversary.

Connecticut held its annual memorial on Thursday inside Sherwood Island State Park. Click here to read more about the memorial event.

Energy Audit and Weatherization Assistance
As colder weather is approaching, customers should be aware that United Illuminating offers several programs  that may be able to provide you with financial assistance with your utility bill. Click here to learn more

They also have a home Efficiency Checklist that can help pinpoint where your house is losing energy and areas where you could be more efficient. Click here to access the checklist.
