May 3, 2023

I just wanted to share with you a few bills of note that we passed during Wednesday's House session.

• The House proved its commitment to all CT mothers having access to specialized lactation healthcare. HB 6819 will require the DPH to provide a full list of international board-certified lactation consultants (IBCLCs) in the state on its website and will establish a taskforce to study licensure.
