Celebrating Avon High School's Wrestling Team

On Tuesday, May 9, State Representative Tammy Exum and I celebrated the Avon High School Wrestling team for being the State Champions for the first time since 1995.

Some highlights from the season:
  • 2nd in the Berlin Tournament
  • 2nd in the CCC North Tournament
  • 1st in the Highlander Tournament (set the tournament record for points)
  • 1st in the Class M State Championships (first time since 1995)
