Connecticut and New England State Partners Announce Clean Energy Selections
The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) has collaborated with our neighbors in Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont to collectively select new clean energy projects totaling 173 megawatts (MW) of new solar generation through a collaborative and competitive solicitation for new zero-carbon energy resources.
Connecticut will procure 67 MW across three projects, with the remainder procured by Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. These projects are expected to come online before the end of 2030.
