The House approved a resolution to amend the State Constitution to allow early voting (a Constitutional amendment requires a ballot question....so you will get to vote on this too). Life is messy and many people find it hard to carve out time on Election Day to get to the polls...It could be due to work, children, illness or a variety of other everyday reasons.
