With inflation, I believe our cost of living is rising too fast, and the middle-class needs more help. I’ve tackled this by delivering millions of additional dollars in state aid to New Haven to stabilize property taxes, enhance utility companies’ regulations to lower costs, and reduce income taxes for thousands of residents. There is still a lot more work to be done.
