Blue Hills Detox to Remain Open
Advocates, Hartford Legislators, the Mayor and City Council have been working to keep the lights on at the detox and treatment center at Blue Hills Hospital. The bipartisan state budget provided the funding necessary. I want to thank everyone who worked to keep this critical facility open to serve our community.
