As chair of our Black and Puerto Rican Caucus, I wish to thank each of my colleagues, advocates and constituents from across the state that came to share their concerns and policy priorities with us during our public forum in Hartford. Civic engagement and participation are the first steps to achieving the change we are seeking and your input is extremely valuable.
