I wanted to share a couple of fast-approaching events that may interest you as well as an appearance on NBCConnecticut this week to discuss a bill for health insurance for small businesses and nonprofits. As Chair of the Insurance and Real Estate Committee, providing access to quality, affordable health care is one of our top priorities.

Operation Fuel's energy assistance program opened this week for the Winter/Spring season. Applications will be accepted until March 1 unless available funds run out before that date.
