The 2019 legislative session was as demanding and productive as I have seen. Water is our most precious natural resource and must be protected and preserved for future generations. In the past Connecticut has not had a cohesive policy, so my colleagues and I in the House of Representatives took a significant step forward to safeguard our water supply.
