Next week, I will hold a community meeting with members of the New Britain delegation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Room 101 at Henry Barnard Hall at CCSU, on Wednesday, October 29th. I will be joined by State Representative Bobby Sanchez, Alderman John McNamara, Board of Education Vice Chair Diana Reyes, and Board of Education Member and CCSU Professor Aimee Pozorski.
During this meeting, we will listen to your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and discuss the new state legislation that went into effect on October 1st. Connecting with residents makes our job representing you in the state capitol easier. We hope to answer your questions and hear your concerns about what we can do in our positions to support you and the community. All New Britain residents are encouraged to attend.
