It's National Diabetes month. I was diagnosed with type 2 some 12 years ago. Although I no longer take insulin, and deal with it through diet and exercise, I am personally aware of the costs of care. I did something about it for all who deal with diabetes.

Simply said, no one should have to skip or ration their insulin because they can’t afford it. The Connecticut Gene4ral Assembly passed a law in 2020 that caps the cost of insulin and supplies which not only saves money but also saves lives.
