According to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention the U.S. vaccine safety system ensures that all vaccines are as safe as possible. The CDC also says safety is a top priority among the federal partners developing, manufacturing, and distributing the vaccine. No vaccine is released for public use without Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval.
