Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am teaming up with Karen Thomas, the Executive Director of Friendly Hands Food Bank to celebrate the first annual CT Food Insecurity Day. The purpose of the day is to bring awarebess to the plight of food insecurity in the state and highlight the importance of food banks/ pantries. Please email Megan.Villanova@cga.ct.gov to RSVP.  

 Susan B Anthony Project Vigil April 27
The Susan B Anthony Project, a Torrington based nonprofit, will host a candlelight vigil on Thursday, April 27th at Coe Park. The purpose of the vigil is to remember victims and celebrate survivors of sexual assault. Please visit their website for any additional questions. I hope to see you on April 27.
