Hartford Small Business Conference Slated for October 26

October 19, 2023

On October 26, the City of Hartford will host a small business conference addressing the most challenging issue faced by entrepreneurs - access to capital. This event welcomes entrepreneurs and small business owners for a day filled with workshops, panel discussions, and ample networking opportunities.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in dialogues with banks, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and government lenders to gain valuable insights into accessing capital.

Mayor Luke Bronin will take the stage as the keynote speaker to underscore the significance of small businesses and entrepreneurial activities within the city.

There will be THREE Panel Discussions:

  • Small Business Foundations: Before Starting Your Entrepreneurship Journey
  • An Overview Discussion on the State of Connecticut Programs
  • Opportunities and Challenges in the Hartford Small Business Community

This is an all-day event: Breakfast will be served, a light lunch, and a reception at the end.

Free event parking is available at the Main Street Stadium Lot, directly across from Dunkin' Park.
