Dear Neighbor,

Looking for a chance to give back to your community this Thanksgiving season? Connecticut Foodshare has the perfect opportunity!

This Thursday, November 16, Connecticut Foodshare is holding a food drive at the Stop & Shop Madison (128 Samson Rock Drive), and they are looking for volunteers to fill several roles.

Food collectors will collect frozen and non-perishable food, and should be comfortable lifting 10-25 pounds. Fund collectors will hold up signs and accept financial donations.

There are only a handful of spots left to sign up for, and every spot matters. So if you can, please set aside a couple hours this Thursday to help this wonderful organization!
