Hi all,

Happy Friday!

I wanted to invite you to a great event I'll be a part of on Tuesday, Sept. 16 with the Sierra Club.

On Tuesday, September 16 from 5:30-7pm at Baur Farm (245-323 Copse Rd., Madison), I will be joining the Sierra Club for a "Walk with a Purpose" event. We will be discussing some of the major environmental legislation I've been working on as House Chair of the Environment Committee, exploring local nature, and even giving back to our planet by picking up trash along the way!

In addition, there will be an optional training of iNaturalist, an app that lets you record and share plants and animals to help build a global biodiversity database. It's a great way to connect with fellow environmental enthusiasts and track all the great things you see in the great outdoors!

I'd love for you to join - you can click here to sign up. I hope to see you there!

In addition, I wanted to tell you about the thousands of dollars in clean energy incentives that are about to expire, and how you can still utilize them.

If you’ve been thinking about going solar, buying an electric vehicle, or upgrading your home with cleaner, more affordable energy — now is the time to act!

Electric Vehicle (EV) Credits:

Find out which new and used EVs still qualify for federal tax credits of up to $7,500 until September 30, 2025.

Residential Clean Energy Credits:

Claim 30% of the total cost of solar panels, battery storage, and geothermal systems if you buy by December 31, 2025.

Energy Efficient Home Upgrade Credits:

Sincerely,
