$3 On-Demand Rides in Milford Available Soon

I have great news for anyone who needs on-demand rides in Milford. A pilot program designed to modernize transportation is kicking off in town on Monday, April 8. You will be able to schedule and request rides within Milford for only $3 per ride.

Here is how the new microstransit service works:

  • Download the Milford Micro App or CLICK HERE
  • Register in the app or online
  • Request a ride

 Schedule for Milford Transit:

  • Monday – Thursday from 6:00 P.M. – 12:00 A.M.
  • Friday – Saturday from 6:00 P.M. – 1:00 A.M.
  • Sunday from 11:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
The service will go to the following locations: downtown Milford, CT Post Mall, State Parks, beaches, medical facilities, grocery stores, and our Metro-North Rail Station.

Milford Micro will make connections with the following services: Milford Transit, CTtransit, Coastal Link (Milford to Norwalk), and Metro-North's New Haven Line.

The pilot program will serve our entire community and will last for two years with the possibility of two one-year extensions based on performance and ridership.
