| Earlier this month, I attended a legislative discussion at the Whitney Center, a senior living community based in Hamden. I joined State Senator Martin Looney, Comptroller Sean Scanlon, Connecticut Attorney General William Tong and Mayor Lauren Garrett for a fruitful and informative conversation with residents of the center. We discussed various issues pertaining to seniors, including ArrayRx, a prescription drug discount card program that provides up to 80% off certain prescriptions at nearly all pharmacies in the state.
