Dear Neighbor,

I am still excited about the turnout we had for the Norwich Public Schools Back to School Bash at Kelly Magnet Middle School on Saturday. It went well. As I mentioned previously, we handed out more than 1,400 backpacks, and I would like to thank all who pitched in to help. 

I wanted to take this time to thank the barbers who gave out more than 250 haircuts in one day!
