February 25, 2022The VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program will be offering two free pop-up tax preparation clinics at the East Hartford Public Library during tax season. There is no charge to use this service. VITA volunteers will help people prepare and file taxes, teach new ways to save, and provide tips to help stretch refunds.
