I'm proud to say I received an A+ for the CT Education Association's (CEA) report card, assessing a legislator's voting record on their priorities.
These include legislation focusing on collective bargaining, enhancing the teaching profession, protecting pensions, and supporting sound education policy that enhances public education. The report card also looks at a legislator's advocacy, responsiveness to requests to meet CEA staff and other educators, and our overall support of teachers within this state.
I am committed to keeping a great education system in our state and will always support our hard-working teachers. This type of legislation is important to me as a teacher, and I will always be a strong advocate for legislation that supports all of our teachers in the state.
