December 19, 2025I am thrilled about the funding approved for much-needed work on the Stonington Town Dock. I am also proud to have worked along with a committed collection of folks who helped see this through. Anyway, I'm sharing the exciting news right at the top of this week's newsletter.
Stonington Town Dock in Line for Funding, OPM Fiscal Accountability Report
December 12, 2025The Stonington Town Dock is in line for some much-needed funding to complete repair work and is poised to receive some. A request for that funding is on the State Bond Commission agenda. A meeting is scheduled for next Thursday. More details below.
Severe Cold Weather Protocol in Effect, Annual Fiscal Accountability Meeting
December 5, 2025With a blast of arctic air expected to blanket Connecticut over the next several days, the state's severe cold weather protocol went into effect for the first time this year, on Thursday, and will continue through Tuesday, December 9, at noon.
