Robin Comey

The Human Services Committee oversees all matters relating to the Department of Social Services, and the Departments of Aging and Disability Services. This includes Connecticut’s Medicaid Program, which covers 22% of the state’s population including ⅓ of Connecticut children and 4 in 10 Connecticut births. 

This new role is an opportunity to champion critical issues and ensure vital programs reach those who need them most. I look forward to working with my colleagues and seeing what we can accomplish together.
