Sunday is the Christmas Parade and opening of the Christmas Village, now celebrating its 76th year! The parade will start at the Torrington Armory at 12:30 p.m. sharp and travel to Christmas Village for an opening day ceremony. The parade departs the Armory on South Main, proceeds up Main Street, and turns left up Mason Street (across from City Hall) just past the YMCA and up to the front gate of the Village.
Christmas Village will open on 12/10 for visitors from 1 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Christmas Village 2023 hours:
December 10 - December 23, 1 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
December 24, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
