Rep Dillon: Great News! Affordable Housing for Dwight Neighborhood Approved By State Bond Commission

View this email in your browser Dear Neighbor, The State Bond Commission officially approved $6,121,390 in funding for housing by the Greater Dwight Development Corporation as recommended by the CIF board. The grant will be used to build 11 needed units of affordable housing and community space for the local nonprofit and community-based organizations across two properties in the Dwight neighborhood. Approved on the fifth try, this action is a testament to the hard work and persistence of our community.  Thank you to Governor Lamont and the members of the CIF board for supporting housing in our community.
