This week, the House was in session Wednesday and Thursday to pass a range of bills, and I continue to focus on advancing policies that will benefit all residents across the state. Over the next few weeks, my colleagues and I will be working diligently to advocate for policies we support and that will benefit residents across the state. April 11, 2025I hope this message finds you and your family well! It was a productive week at the Capitol with the House back in session on Wednesday. During our session, we debated and voted on executive and legislative nominations including on the Utility Commissioners of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) and the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Airport Authority.

March 28, 2025I hope you and your family are doing well! It's been a busy week at the Capitol as my colleagues and I continue to review the bills that are moving through the legislative process. Committees are working through the Joint Favorable (JF) process where legislation is reviewed, amended, and voted on. As we near the end of committee meetings and public hearings, I'm continuing to discuss the issues that matter most this session with my colleagues and community members.

I had another busy week attending events around the Capitol and finishing reviewing bills with my colleagues in our committees. As committee meetings and public hearings wrap up, I continue to talk with my colleagues, advocacy groups, and residents about the issues we need to address this session.
