I applaud the State Bond Commission for approving $1.5 million in funds to renovate the Trumbull Gardens Community Center and upgrade the multi-purpose field.

Trumbull Gardens Community Center is at the heart of the 126th District. These improvements to the facility will create a safe, fun, and clean environment for everyone. It's not just an investment in infrastructure but also into the well-being and future of the families who call this community home. I would like to thank Governor Ned Lamont, House Speaker Matt Ritter, and everyone else involved for seeing the value in investing in this neighborhood

Trumbull Gardens Community Center contains more than 400 homes, a daycare, and a community center.
